This position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the execution of operational, sales, and merchandising objectives by providing outstanding customer service. Shift:

Part-time rotating shift (24 hrs/week), 7:00 pm - 7:30 am Every other weekend and rotating holidays

Responsibilities include:

• Adheres to hospital nursing practice standards, demonstrates appropriate assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

• Performs a comprehensive assessment of the neonate.

• Displays an understanding of normal newborn transitional care including thermoregulation, glucose monitoring, and respiratory status.

• Plans and delivers care to the newborn with complications.

• Identifies patient needs based on objective data and follows through with appropriate documentation.

• Implements appropriate Nursing actions to each patient needs identified.

What you will do:

• Under limited supervision, the Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing patients, including developing, evaluating, and modifying the care plan. The RN interprets and performs complex patient-care procedures specific to their expertise.  

• RNs are members of the Care Team and Support Team and have accountability to function as a team to accomplish patient outcomes identified in the pathway/plan of care.
