  • Refrain from directing construction activities, approving changes, or issuing decisions
  • Maintain access to architectural and construction supervisor contacts in the event the Project Manager is unavailable
  • Utilize permit sets and construction documents provided by the Project Manager

Oversight Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain a detailed daily log of all oversight activities
  • Submit reports weekly (or more frequently if requested) to the Regional Construction Project Manager and Design & Construction Shared Services
  • Highlight any observed risks, delays, or issues within reports
  • Maintain a running log for each site including visit dates, times, and status updates
  • Ensure all logs are maintained in a digital, organized, and easily shareable format

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on tenant improvement projects
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, field operations, and safety standards
  • Experience working in a field-based or multi-site supervisory or oversight role preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Proficiency with digital reporting tools and documentation platforms
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within the Orlando region

Key Competencies
