Job Description:
- The Inventory Specialist is responsible for reviewing market inventory management of fiber optic construction materials and equipment.
- This role ensures that all necessary supplies are available for construction projects, manages inventory levels, and coordinates with suppliers and field teams to maintain efficient operations while maintaining optimal operating cost.
- This role is responsible for physical inventory audits, project material usage audits, project closeout, material transfers, material purchases, material forecast and monitoring material consumption by our general contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels across all warehouses and suggest optimization opportunities to prevent shrinkage. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and work with appropriate teams to prevent future occurrences
- Supply Management: Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to prevent shortages and delays in construction projects.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to place orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Field Support: Work closely with field employees to understand their supply needs and provide necessary materials promptly.

A large, operationally complex organization is undergoing a major modernization of its data platform and is building a new, cloud-native analytics foundation from the ground up. This is a greenfield opportunity for a senior-level data modeler to establish best practices, influence architecture, and help shape how data is organized and used across the business.
This role sits at the center of a multi-year transformation focused on modern analytics, scalable data products, and strong collaboration between data and business teams.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Designing and implementing enterprise data models across conceptual, logical, and physical layers
- Establishing Medallion architecture patterns and reusable modeling assets
- Building dimensional and semantic models that support analytics and reporting
- Partnering closely with domain experts and functional leaders to translate business needs into data structures
- Collaborating with data engineers to align models with ELT pipelines and analytics frameworks
- Helping define modeling standards and upskilling senior engineers in modern data modeling practices
- Contributing hands-on to data engineering work where needed (SQL, transformations, optimization)
- Proactively identifying analytics opportunities and recommending data structures to support them
This role is roughly 40% data modeling, 30% hands-on engineering, and 30% cross-functional collaboration.
Must-Have Experience
- Strong, hands-on experience with data modeling (dimensional, canonical, semantic)
- Deep understanding of Medallion architecture
- Advanced SQL and experience working with a modern cloud data warehouse
- Experience with dbt for transformations and modeling
- Hands-on experience in cloud-native data environments (AWS preferred)
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience collaborating closely with data engineers on execution

- Python experience
- Familiarity with Informatica or reverse-engineering legacy data models

Purpose of the Job
The Project Manager supports the successful delivery of customer implementation projects from initial planning through go-live. In this role, you will coordinate project activities, maintain timelines, monitor budgets, and ensure all quality standards are consistently met. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and the Director of Project Delivery, you will manage key deliverables, facilitate communication across internal teams and customer stakeholders, and proactively identify and resolve risks or issues.

In this role, you will be actively involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, including implementation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. The position requires a strong level of direct interaction with clients and close collaboration with the implementation team, ensuring a smooth and successful delivery experience.
- Monitor and manage project schedules, milestones, and financial reporting to ensure alignment with overall project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Review and validate system requirements developed by project team members to confirm accuracy, completeness, and alignment with customer needs.
- Partner with the System Architect and key stakeholders during the system specification phase on larger projects, ensuring technical feasibility and clarity of requirements.
- Drive the functional specification phase by facilitating client meetings, documenting requirements, and ensuring alignment among all parties.
- Support the creation of functional specifications by collaborating with project team members to confirm that documentation accurately reflects project needs and solution design.
- Track and monitor project progress during implementation, proactively addressing risks, issues, or scope of changes as they arise.
