Copper Brazer – 1st and 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 Am to 2:00PM (plenty of overtime available) Monday thru Saturday 1:30pm to 11pm We are currently hiring experienced HVAC Coil Brazers for a leading manufacturing company.

Skills & Requirements: 2+ years of HVAC experience, including soldering, brazing, and major repairs (coils, compressors, condensers) Ability to read blueprints and use a measuring tape (to 1/16”) Skilled in using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and simple measuring devices Experience preparing custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and air-cooled condensers Strong attention to detail; able to inspect work for quality, recognize errors, and resolve issues independently Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision Flexible to work up to 12-hour shifts, overtime, and Saturdays as needed Must adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards (PPE and steel-toe boots required COM156 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
