Practice Setting

• Average of 7 new consults and 4-8 surgical cases per day.

Schedule

• Only 7 days per month needed starting this summer.
• Block scheduling available for efficient travel and maximum time off.
• Rotating schedule allows you to choose dates that work for you.
• 24-hour call coverage required during scheduled blocks.

Procedures and Cases

• Comprehensive Brain and Spine complex cases.
• Inpatient rounding and surgical consults.
• Full neurosurgery procedures excluding aneurysms.

Requirements

• Illinois medical license required.
• Minimum of 24 months of experience.
• Current DEA certification.

Credentialing Requirements

• Board Certified in Neurological Surgery.
• 60-90 day timeframe for full privileges.
