Summary
The Payroll & HR Operations Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of muti-state US and Canadian payroll processing and provides operational support to Human Resource functions. This tole serves as a primary point of contact for payroll administration, wage compliance, employee payroll inquiries, and payroll related reporting. The position focuses on the application of established payroll procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll for US and Canadian employees in accordance with established payroll schedules and company policies
- Maintain payroll records, timekeeping data, and employee pay information in payroll and HR information systems
- Administer wage garnishments, tax levies, child support orders, and voluntary deductions in compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local regulations
- Coordinate payroll tax reporting, filings, and reconciliations with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders
- administer retirement plan contributions, including 401(k) and RSP employee deferrals, employer matches, and loan repayments
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, taxes, and payroll policies in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with benefits administration tasks, including payroll deductions and coordination with benefits providers
- Generate standard payroll and HR reports for internal use, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Support payroll audits and compliance reviews by providing documentation and responding to information requests
- Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation and personal information at all times
- Perform related duties as assigned within the scope of payroll and HR Operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of payroll processing experience, including multi-state payroll
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations
- Experience administering payroll deductions, garnishments, and retirement contributions
- Proficiency with payroll systems and timekeeping software
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information systems (HRIS), and similar computer applications
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience processing Canadian payroll
- Familiarity with ADP-WFN or comparable payroll platforms
- Payroll or HR certification (e.g. FPC, CPP, SHRM-CP)

About the Role
You will be responsible to secure, maintain, and troubleshoot our computer networks so that our networks operate efficiently and meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, isolate and resolve network problems with minimal downtime.
- Work directly with communications providers to resolve outages.
- Provide ongoing daily support of calls coming through the helpdesk for day-to-day PC and network support from 60+ branches, external sales team, remote users and corporate office.

The Rockland County Department of Highways, Drainage Division, is seeking a Director of the Drainage Agency. The work is specialized diverse, and complex in nature.
This is administrative and managerial work of a complex nature that involves responsibility for developing and implementing policies and procedures to implement safe, efficient and modern stream maintenance and drainage programs. The work is performed under the general direction of the Superintendent of Highways and in accordance with Federal and New York State applicable laws and regulations and Rockland County objectives and policies. Supervision is exercised over professional and technical employees. Develops policies and procedures with respect to drainage programs and makes recommendations to the Superintendent of Highways regarding same. Arranges for the engineering, construction, improvement, repair and maintenance of County streams, water courses, drainage courses, and tributaries and ensures that services are in compliance with policies and regulations. Oversees the administration of drainage-related capital projects, including but not limited to monitoring funding, supervising contract bid processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirement. Responds to emergencies (e.g. severe flooding) by inspecting and monitoring flooding and related conditions, acting as liaison with County officials and first responders to exchange information and resolve problems, preparing reports regarding flood damage and related conditions in order to obtain New York State and Federal funding. Completes applications and prepares documents to secure New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) permits, as needed, regarding dam safety, streams, aquatic habitats, wetland programs, etc. Acts as liaison to a variety of governmental agencies and units of government, as needed, including but not limited to the Army Corp of Engineers, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, towns and village, etc. Approves plans, specifications and estimates for construction, maintenance and repair of stream watercourses and tributaries. Directs the control of trees, brush and weeds within the bounds of County streams. Plans and directs a program to inform residents about the programs and functions of the Drainage Agency. Oversees the Drainage Agency’s permit application process and ensures compliance with the Rockland County Stream Control Act as it applies to activities within areas under the jurisdiction of the Drainage Agency. Plans and directs a Stream Maintenance program, maintains records and makes reports. Acts for and in place of the Superintendent of Highways with respect to drainage matters, as needed. May provide legal opinions regarding Federal, New York State, and Rockland County laws that pertain to drainage matters. May inventory and purchase machinery, equipment and materials.
Thorough knowledge of New York State Department of Environmental Conservation requirements and regulations, thorough knowledge of general practices and regulations regarding stream maintenance and general construction procedures. Good knowledge of administrative procedures and techniques, especially as they pertain to a comprehensive modern stream maintenance and drainage programs, ability to plan, develop and implement general policies and procedures for a modern and efficient stream and drainage system, including stream maintenance and construction. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with others, including elected officials and Federal and New York representatives. Have the ability to understand and interpret laws and regulations that pertain to drainage-related matters. Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing Also does related work as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Environmental Engineering, or comparable curriculum or;
- A New York State license to practice law and
- Four (4) years of post-degree supervisory, administrative or management experience that substantially involved responsibility for drainage and/or environmental programs and projects (e.g., development of policies and procedures, supervision of staff, enforcement, providing legal opinions and/or litigating related matters, overseeing the implementation of programs and projects, etc.).

The Manager, Collagen Operations serves as the sole site leader for the Mahwah, NJ Collagen facility and carries full responsibility for all site personnel decisions, site performance, and operational escalations. This position is accountable for the implementation of operational strategy as defined by the Getinge France (La Ciotat) leadership team. Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership & Escalations
Serve as the highest-ranking leader on-site, responsible for daily operational oversight.

Job Summary:To deliver a great customer experience while pricing, stocking, and rotating of merchandise in the Non-Foods Department, to communicate with and courteously assist customers with the selection and purchase of Non-Foods items; to maintain a neat, clean, and visually appealing department and to perform other tasks as required in an efficient and safe manner, within Company policy.
Minimum Required Qualifications:The minimum required qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language.
- Ability to perform mathematical functions.
- Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, climb and regularly lift 25 lbs., and occasionally lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures.
- Ability to work with fresh, dried, and/or processed products, spices and powdered substances without negative allergic consequences.
- Ability to tolerate dust and cleaning agents during routine housekeeping duties.
- Ability to interact with Customers in a friendly and helpful way.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Ability to work all assigned work schedules and comply with all time and attendance policies.
Performance of the essential functions of this position require the Associate to possess the minimum qualifications listed above. These functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Greet all Customers and provide them with prompt and courteous service or assistance.
- Follow approved procedures for receiving product, price marking, storing and restocking, to ensure quality accuracy, and product rotation and protection.
- Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory levels and keep manager informed of low inventory conditions.
- Handle damaged products according to Company policy and assist in controlling the level of damaged goods.
- Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe environment.
- Maintain Department sanitation and QA standards, including sweeping, mopping, removing cardboard as needed.
- Operate baler and compactor.
- Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils, and equipment in accordance with Department of Sanitation and QA standards.
- Keep floor clear of debris and spills.
- Perform all duties in accordance with Local, State and Federal regulations pertaining to the Non-Foods operation.
- Perform all duties in accordance with Company rules, policies, safety requirements, and security standards and all Local, State and Federal health and civil code regulations.
- Regularly lift, pull, push and rotate merchandise that weights 25 lbs. and that occasionally weights up to 50 lbs.
- Unload trucks and transport merchandise to Non-Foods Department that weights 25 lbs., and that occasionally weights 50 lbs.
- Stand in designated work area for duration of scheduled shift, which may exceed 8 hours per day.
- Check prices and be knowledgeable about location of items in the store.
- Promote for sale any current charitable promotions to Customers.
- Understand and adhere to Company shrink guidelines as relates to departmental operations.
- Dress and groom according to Company policy including uniform, name badge, and hat or hair restraint requirements.
- Perform duties in accordance with QA hand washing standards and use disposable gloves when handling food.
- Utilize and maintain equipment as required by department; report any equipment problems immediately.
- Perform duties in accordance with in the Company's HAZCOM program and adhere to manufacturer's label instructions for the safe and proper use of all chemical products.
- Assist Customers in retrieving items from inaccessible areas or in obtaining products that are either located in warehouses or that they may have difficulty in handling.
- Be knowledgeable in and able to differentiate between all of the various types of merchandise.
- Keep store shelves and other displays fully stocked, signed, and faced at all times according to tag allocation and department standards.
- Complete all applicable department training programs.
- Perform all duties in accordance with all ShopRite Service Priorities (Safety, Friendliness, Presentation, and Efficiency).
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance.
- Work overtime as assigned.
- Work cooperatively with others.
- Must be 18 years or older to operate balers, hi-lo's, power jacks, and slicing machines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
