What You'll Do
We are seeking a strong candidate with experience in Change Management and Communications to support product portfolios focused on delivering our digital workforce experience to employees. This role will contribute to the development and execution of change strategies to promote employee adoption and satisfaction of our digital products, drawing on behavioural science principles where appropriate to shape employee decision-making and adoption behaviours. Please note that this role is focused on company-internal (not client-facing) marketing, communications and change management.

In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
• The base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $101,000.00 -$123,000.00.
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.

Job Summary: The Full-Time Front-End Lead Clerk is accountable to the Front-End Manager and manages the performance of all aspects of Front-End Operations, including cash management, bookkeeping, front-end service, and payroll. Manage recruiting functions and coordinates all orientations and Team Member training. Coordinates community and store event programs throughout the store.
Minimum Required Qualifications: The minimum required qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Read, write and speak English
- Understand and follow direction given
- Perform the job while standing; able to bend, reach and stoop
- Work a flexible schedule consisting of daytime, evening and weekends
- Possess a satisfactory cash record (less than 2 errors over the last 12 months)
Essential Job Functions: Performance of the essential functions of this position require the Team Member to possess the minimum qualifications listed above. These functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Accountable for cash office controls such as safe counts, reconciliation of cashier tills, preparation of deposits, generate various computer reports, prepare and order coin, gift cards, etc.
- Organize, clean and maintain cash office, front-end work stations.
- Supervise, train and develop team members.
- Provide backup for Front End Manager Coverage - schedule writing, disciplinary actions, etc.
- Communicate to all levels of management.
- Adhere to all front-end procedures, policies and practices.
- Travel to others stores as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service.

Department Description
Inpatient Case Management provides psychosocial assessments, evaluations, and referrals for adults, and/or families with psychiatric illness, substance abuse, and medical illness. Casework or therapy takes place in the hospital setting. Cross Training to all areas of Care Management.
Under the general supervision of the Director of Care Management, the RN Case Manager provides clinically-based case management to support the delivery of effective and efficient patient care consistent with the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Conditions of Participation. The RN Case Manager will collaborate with other members of the health care team to identify appropriate utilization of resources and to ensure reimbursement. Utilize criteria to confirm medical necessity for admission and continued stay. With the patient, family and health care team, create a post-acute care plan appropriate to the patient's needs and resources and facilitate this transition in concert with that patient's inpatient and post-acute care teams.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BSN preferred
- Current or Conditional MA RN Licensure
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) for Healthcare Providers BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required
- Licensure and Certifications:
- Certification in Case Management preferred
