The Cross-Reference Analyst is responsible for leading data-driven projects that focus on improving quality, availability, and governance of cross-reference data records.
The Data Analyst may be assigned specific focus domains or take on more generalized tasks as needed.
Requires collaboration with team members, Sales Teams, Product Divisions, and other business units, and communication with various levels of management.
Job Description
**This role will be 100% remote, however must be within driving distance to Northfield, IL.
** Responsibilities: Identify data and reporting tools necessary to/and perform business, and data analysis.
Develop reporting/analysis for product manager, and/or sales.
Communicate the results of the business, and data analysis.
Understand the impact of cross-reference data changes within Medline’s business systems.
Anticipate downstream consequences of change on other business areas and systems.
Develop and analyze data, providing insight into trends or unusual performance.
Organize, plan and recommend analysis and reports consistent with continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Recommend, develop, create and implement standard reporting for routine business reports.
Recommend, develop, create and implement ad hoc reports as business conditions necessitate.
Monitor for data accuracy, timeliness and integrity in data used in analysis and reporting.
Communicate to appropriate personnel if data inaccuracies exist.
Ensure follow-up so that analysis and reporting outcomes are reviewed and implemented.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year relevant data management work experience.
Minimum one year of relevant work experience in data management.
Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.

Gestational Carrier Requirements
To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Between 21–39 years old
- U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
- Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
- No more than two (2) C-sections
- Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
- No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
- No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
- Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
- Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
- Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
- Have a stable home environment and strong support system

Compensation & Benefits
We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:
Base Compensation
- $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)
Additional Benefits
- $250 monthly expense allowance
- $500 maternity clothing allowance
- $10,500 for multiple birth
- Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
- Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
- Travel reimbursement
- $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
- $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)
All medical expenses, legal representation, and services related to the surrogacy journey are covered.

Review calculated fields, data sources, and business process frameworks.
Partner with Security Administrators to validate role-based access and segregation of duties.
Reconcile Workday outputs with downstream systems.
Support report standardization to reduce audit risk.
Cross-Functional Partnership Serve as HR Systems/HRSS point of contact for audits and compliance activities.
Partner with Internal Audit, Finance, Payroll, IT, and external auditors.
Provide guidance on audit readiness and data governance expectations.
Support HRIS initiatives related to control automation and reporting optimization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Work Experience 2+ years of experience in HRIS, audit, compliance, or data governance.
Hands-on experience supporting SOX compliance.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Workday reporting and data validation experience.
Knowledge of HR and Payroll processes and their impact on financial reporting.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in a SOX-regulated or public company environment with items like User Access Reviews, Change Reviews, and other reoccurring audit items.
Experience partnering with Internal or External Audit.
Familiarity with COSO or other internal control frameworks.
