Functions as a liaison between the patient and medical staff. Demonstrates clinical expertise and assessment in the management of cardiac patients. Actively contributes to the mission and success of the Heart Valve Center through various activities. Assists with the Heart Failure Clinic patient management. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.
