- $150,000 per year A bit about us: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join a prestigious law firm in the legal industry.
As a Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in insurance defense litigation and providing legal advice on complex insurance defense matters.
You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of dedicated legal professionals.

Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from inception to resolution.
2.
Draft and review motions, pleadings, complaints, and other legal documents.
3.
Conduct and defend depositions.
4.
Represent clients in court hearings in both state and federal courts.
5.
Conduct thorough legal research to support arguments and cases.
6.
Maintain case management system and ensure all case details are up-to-date.
7.
Meet billable hours requirements and manage deadlines effectively.
8.
Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to ensure the best representation for clients.
9.
Stay updated with current laws and regulations related to insurance defense.
10.
Provide legal advice to clients on complex insurance defense matters.
Qualifications: 1.
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2.
Admission to the Colorado Bar.
3.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
4.
Proven experience in drafting motions, pleadings, and complaints.
5.
Experience in conducting and defending depositions.
6.
Experience in representing clients in state and federal court hearings.
7.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
8.
Excellent case management and organizational skills.
9.
Ability to think independently and make sound judgments.
10.
Proven ability to manage deadlines and meet billable hours requirements.
11.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
13.
Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
