Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Construction Superintendent role based in Round Rock, TX. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and maintain quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, coordinating schedules, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. The role involves close collaboration with the project management team to achieve successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety.
• OSHA Certified
• Tilt-Wall Experience
• Travel Flexibility
• Retail and Medical Build-Out and Remodel Experience Preferred.
• Strong Organization Skills and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Monitoring and coordinating scheduling, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role on commercial construction projects is strongly preferred.
