Job Overview:
This is a contract role supporting Business Operations Finance within Product Development Science & Technology (PDS&T). The Financial Analyst will focus on external spend tracking, contract management, and invoice oversight, supporting third-party vendors, outsourcing partners, and internal research teams. This is not a core accounting role-the focus is on procurement financial tracking, invoice resolution, and operational efficiency.
The role involves multi-project coordination across departments, frequent stakeholder communication, and ensuring visibility of external spend. The analyst will identify payment risks, delays, and financial discrepancies, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track, gate, and reconcile external spend vs contracted amounts.
- Resolve payment issues and manage outstanding balances.
- Utilize internal systems to create, collect, summarize, analyze, and consolidate payment history and reconcile with plans.
- Accurately enter plan and track actuals for invoice payments and milestone schedules.
- Work with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate spend tracking.
- Review contracts, purchase orders (POs), and vendor invoices to support financial tracking and invoice resolution.
- Support third-party vendors, outsourcing partners, and internal research teams.
- Coordinate across multiple projects, departments, and stakeholders.
- Challenge the status quo and ensure accuracy of final deliverables.
- Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners regarding payments, invoices, and contracts.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred. High School diploma considered if 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience:
- 1-2+ years with Associate/Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years with High School diploma.
- Strong experience in SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (minimum 2+ years), including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
- Experience with purchase orders, invoices, and vendor contracts.
- Background in contract financial management and spend reconciliation.
- Experience in invoice resolution and payment discrepancy handling.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and milestone-based vendor payments.
Skills:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and team skills; ability to work independently in a matrix environment.

The Public Safety Security & Loss Prevention Internship Program offers students and aspiring professionals hands-on experience in security operations, guest safety, and asset protection within a dynamic environment. Interns will work alongside seasoned professionals to develop practical skills in surveillance, incident response, and theft prevention while gaining insight into the operational aspects of a large-scale facility.
Responsibilities:
- Consistent attendance and adherence to the posted schedule is a job requirement. Includes attendance of Park Discovery training, Security department training, and Security in-service training.
- Must meet all Human Resources requirements for internship program, including attendance of intern events/meetings.

- Properly and consistently screen all guests via metal detection and according to department policy. Includes enforcement of prohibited items, guest behavior, and dress code policies.
- Work efficiently to screen guests in order to minimize the wait time to enter the Park.
- Work fixed positions designed to monitor team member and visitor entry/exit (backstage gates):
- Validate team member entry by checking Park issued ID cards and vehicle stickers.
- Validate visitor entry by following established clearance procedures and coordinating visitor appointments with Park management.
- Work patrol positions designed to respond to security-related incidents, emergencies, and calls for assistance:
- Assist guests with problem-solving and Park policy interpretation.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to Park policies, specifically related to guest code of conduct and ride safety.
- Rapidly respond to emergencies or calls for assistance according to department policy and/or at the direction of department management.
- Work toll and mobile positions designed to monitor the guest parking lot and toll lanes:
- Operate hand-held electronic device to scan passes for parking.
- Operate touch-screen point of sale (POS) system for credit/debit card transactions.
- Monitor and control access to preferred/membership parking area.
- Direct inbound/outbound vehicle traffic safely by using proper/visible hand signals and traffic control devices (i.e. cones, directional signs, etc.).
- Monitor overall traffic flow and parking lot capacity. Adjust traffic flow as needed or directed.
- Work positions designed to assist Lost Services:
- Monitor lost children brought to the post until they are reunited with parent/guardian.
- Assist parents/guardians searching for lost children and keep accurate record of all children reported lost.
- Properly handle lost items, including valuables and currency that are turned into Lost & Found and/or Security.
- Enter lost item reports into web-based lost and found tracking database (Chargerback System). Update reports as needed.
- Work fixed position designed to support and administer overall Security operation:
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls. Transfer calls and take/deliver accurate phone messages.
- Monitor all Security and Park radio traffic. Answer radio calls and provide appropriate responses. Includes dispatching and coordinating response to security-related calls for service, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
- Broadcast information, alerts, and/or messages over all Park radio channels as directed.
- Create and track calls for service in computer dispatch system. Accurately account for active calls for service, officer assignments, and officer locations at all times.
- Monitor Park alarm system, surveillance systems, and weather tracking/alert system.
- Work alongside the Loss Prevention Investigators:
- Monitor surveillance systems.
- Gain an understanding of fixed and mobile surveillance efforts, including CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Collect information from fixed surveillance, overt and covert camera systems, undercover operatives, secret shoppers, and field agents to assist in employee investigative interviews.
- Assist or facilitate investigations and investigative interviews of employees who have been shown to be involved in impropriety.
- Work with Loss Prevention Undercover Agents:
- Conduct shoplifting surveillance and shoplifter detention.
To build, maintain, and repair costumes and wardrobe items for characters, events and productions.
Responsibilities:
- Will clean and dry worn costume pieces and put them in their proper place at the end of the night.
- Work with Entertainment Management to assist and shadow with other aspects within the Entertainment Department.
- Fix minor repairs on costumes as needed.
- Assist with smooth operation of Show Wardrobe including handing out costumes and helping with minor sewing.
- Maintain clean and safe atmosphere in all areas of Show Wardrobe. This may include but not limited to sweeping, mopping, cleaning up trash, cleaning restrooms, and cleaning the storage/shop area.
- Navigate in, on, or around scenic elements associated with specific production in potentially dark and restrictive spaces.

As a non-transport provider, the Paramedicβs primary tasks are to initiate basic and advanced life support care to ill and injured guests and team members, and respond to medical/trauma calls in an amusement park setting.Β All Paramedics need to have strong work ethic and be must able to operate within I.D.P.H. Region Xβs EMT-P scope of practice.
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic and advanced emergency and non-emergency medical care to team members and guests in accordance with established park and Region X System protocols.
- Triage patients when multiple calls or patients overwhelm available personnel; make appropriate determinations about dispositions and transports
- Use an electronic tablet for documenting reports
- Complete checks on bags, monitors, drugs, vehicles, and treatment areas before, during, and after each shift; restock supplies as necessary.
- Assist BLS crews on calls when requested and sufficient personnel are available.
