Position: Radiology Technologist I

Shifts Available: Full Time, Nights, 8 hour shifts

Pay: up to $2,094 to $3,032 gross per week 

Assignment length: 12 weeks

Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures (X-ray, digital imaging) in accordance with department protocols and HFAP, TJC, CMS, State, and Federal regulations. Serves as a primary patient interface, ensuring high-quality patient care, positioning, and image acquisition. Participates in quality improvement (PI/QC) activities and ensures accurate processing and transmission of images to PACS.

• Execute radiographic imaging procedures following established clinical and regulatory standards
• Ensure patient safety, radiation safety (ALARA), and infection control compliance
• Operate radiology equipment, digital imaging systems, and PACS
• Support quality control (QC) and performance improvement (PI) initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and EHR integration
• Collaborate with radiology and clinical teams to support timely, accurate diagnostics

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1.    Must have Current CRT issued by CDPH.

2.    Must obtain fluoroscopy permit by CDPH upon hire.

3.    Must obtain venipuncture certificate within 3 months of hire.

4.    ARRT-R is required.

5.    Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.

6.    Current BCLS (ARC or AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

7.    At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist required.

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $52.35 to $75.82 per hour. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
