What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team on work assignments. These assignments are broad in nature involving the compilation, preparation, and analysis of evidence in relation to CIP Standards.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, determine possible solutions and draw valid conclusions to assist in the CIP investigation process.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure resolution of identified risks and remedial actions.
  • Participate in recurring audits to ensure compliance with the NERC CIP Reliability Standards
  • Conduct a review of new or revised standards, procedures or policies to identify changes needed to ensure continued compliance.
  • Support personnel in the development of new processes or reports supporting continued compliance.
  • Participate in standards reviews and develop recommendations providing guidance on NERC CIP Reliability Standards to personnel.
  • Prepare company for NERC and Regional Compliance Audits, Spot Checks, and Self-Certifications.
  • Update compliance tools, track effort and progress of audits and investigations, and manage library of compliance documentation.
  • Participate in strengthening controls for those requirements where a non-compliance could cause a significant reliability, financial or reputational impact.

This position will start at Triple Crown, with the opportunity to expand to create and oversee event menus throughout Fearless.


Triple Crown is the largest project by Fearless Restaurants to date! Located in the Radnor Hotel, Triple Crown will consist of 17,000 sq ft of banquet space inside (opened April 2024), 20,000 sq ft of banquet space outside (opening 2025), and finally a premier restaurant opening fall of 2024! This 3-phase project has been a huge endeavor, one of the most extensive and largest in the Fearless Restaurants portfolio.

The indoor event space is currently open for business with over 100 events booked. The space accommodates up to 250 guests seated with a dance floor. We are currently busy on a weekly basis with many events ranging from weddings, funerals, graduations, to corporate luncheons, training, and large scale functions! The Triple Crown offers some of the most extensive A/V in the greater Philly area making it a corporate event destination.

The Ralph Lauren inspired equestrian theme is seen throughout the space with classic patterns of plaid, stripes, and chinoiserie accents!

The most exciting phase of this project will be the outdoor garden featuring a glass conservatory for a la carte dining (for the restaurant) or to be used for events or wedding ceremonies. Finally, we will have a Sperry sail-cloth tent that can accommodate 250 guests seated with a dancefloor!

This project will have 2 kitchens and is a chef's dream!

Position Overview:

As the Culinary Director of Events, you will play a pivotal role in crafting extraordinary dining experiences for our guests, particularly for large-scale events and banquets. Your expertise will drive the culinary vision of our banquet operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and creativity are met. The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-volume kitchens, with a deep understanding of fine dining principles and a flair for creating menus that impress at every level.

Key Responsibilities:

Menu Development: Design innovative and high-quality menus tailored to the specific needs and preferences of clients. Create seasonal menus showcasing the finest ingredients and culinary techniques.

Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all banquet dishes. Ensure that food is cooked to perfection and plated beautifully, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.

The Registered Nurse ACT is a member of a multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment Team.

The Registered Nurse ACT provides supportive services—including outreach, monitoring, assessment and service planning, support network building, consultation to families, side-by-side skills training and instruction in the use of community resources, including referrals to community assistance, as needed.

The Registered Nurse ACT delivers nursing care to individuals—in their homes or in the community—to assist with symptom management and to coordinate medical and psychiatric care.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Meet with ACT participants—in their homes and other community venues—to provide in vivo services which improve the participants’ quality of life and maintain community tenure.

Services include, but are not limited to: (a) Assisting with activities of daily living, (b) Budget planning and money management, (c) Maintenance of stable housing, (d) Accessing benefits and entitlements to increase financial independence, (e) Meal planning and grocery shopping, (f) Access to reliable transportation services, (g) Side-by-side coaching and training, (h) Transport and accompany clients to scheduled community activities or appointments.

Provide medication service—including delivery of medications and observation of ingestion—as directed by the team psychiatrist, nursing staff, and Team Leader.

In collaboration with other members of the ACT staff, provide service coordination for an assigned group of clients (a) Assume responsibility for developing, writing, implementing, evaluating, and revising treatment goals, (b) Provide individual and supportive counseling to assist with symptom management.

Provide on-call crisis services on a rotating schedule (including both primary on-call responsibilities and back-up on-call responsibilities)—as directed by the Team Leader—to cover program needs.

Complete documentation of all services in a timely manner, using the electronic health record, in accordance with program and Network standards.

Work weekend, evening, and holidays on a rotating schedule—as directed by the Team Leader—to cover program needs.

Cross-train with other ACT Specialties to provide other services (e.g., housing support, vocational support, etc.) to the ACT participants.

Under the direction of the ACT Team Psychiatrist, the Clinical Coordinator, ACT Team Nurses, and the ACT Team Leader: (a) Packages medications for delivery to clients, (b) Provides medical support to ACT Team participants—e.g., attending medical appointments with participants, (c) Coordinates with medical providers and the ACT team staff, to ensure that health-care needs are met in a timely manner, (d) Complete health assessments at time of admission, in line with ACT criteria, for all participants, Maintain annual medical assessment reviews for all participants, (e) Maintain accurate documentation of participant medications in the Medication Administration Record (MAR), (f) Evaluation and documentation of medication effectiveness, complications, and side effects, (g) Arranging required lab work according to Network protocol.

The Registered Nurse ACT may provide educational groups to participants of the ACT Team.

These groups will address a variety of topics—including, but not limited to health-related topics, exercise routines, nutrition, medication management, etc.

The Registered Nurse ACT provides primary support to ACT participants and provides cross-training to the other members of the ACT team—to assist with medical wellness and healthcare—with the goal of promoting stability and increasing overall wellness.

Other duties may be assigned.

PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS: Physical Demands: Heavy work exertional activity.

Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs., and sit, stand, and/or walk at least 6 hours in an 8-hour workday.

Non-exertional activity: Stooping (bending at the waist) and crouching (stooping and bending at the knees)- required frequently; handling (grasping)- required frequently; fine manipulation- required occasionally.

Important: The functional capacity to perform heavy work includes the functional capacity to perform medium, light, and sedentary work.

Good physical and mental health.

Visual and auditory acuity required to provide comprehensive care.

EDUCATION: Registered Nurse with current license to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Experience in psychiatric nursing specialty area preferred.

Experience working with individuals with forensic involvement and/or co-occurring substance use disorders is preferred.

Evidence of successful completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Completion of CPR certification.
