VIP Concierge for Firefighters
Seeking BC/BE Family Medicine Physician
Client is a Private concierge medical practice. They provide primary and urgent care for firefighters, retirees and their families. They are a full service facility with x-ray, CT, ultrasound, lab and pharmacy on site.
They currently have 2 physicians, 3 PAs, 2 NPs and 2 RNs on staff along with another 20 various support staff.
They have a patient population in excess of 5000 with a daily patient load of 80-100 walking through the door.
They are looking to hire 1 full time primary care physician who also has pediatric experience.
They are seeking highly motivated people who will enjoy providing complete medical care to their patient population while at that same time developing a very close patient physician relationship.
Hourly rate is about $95 per hour with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Benefits include pension, health, life, dental and vision insurance. Plus 10 paid holidays, generous PTO, educational allowance and cell phone allowance. In general the hours are 8-4:30PM Monday to Friday but there will be some Saturdays
Will see about 1 patient per 45 min to 1 hour
We are seeking new graduates or experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians.

Will be taking over base of established Interventional Pain physician.
Per Client:
"It s usually a Monday to Friday job, 9-5, with attendance at Investigator Meetings at various locations such as Chicago, Scottsdale, San Diego, etc, about one weekend per month or every other month. We have central nervous system studies as well as women s health, neurological and medical. The position would be a Primary Investigator or Sub-Investigator to start if necessary, for various psychiatric studies with pharmaceutical companies. They work with a team of research coordinators, raters, etc. Salary is competitive with all the extras, health, 401K, disability, and more."
"In terms of the clinical trials, there is a lot of support staff with a team of raters, recruiters, etc that handle most of the day to day operations. The pace is much slower in terms of the number of patients that would need to be seen, but more time is spent with each case."
The preference is for someone working part clinical and part research if desired. But open to 100% Research or 100% Clinical.
Successful outpatient practice is hiring. Internist or Family Practitioner
Would start out in an outpatient clinic practice and as get established could move to concierge side of practice a few years from now!

Position Overview

The Operations & Production Manager oversees the end-to-end execution of Claudia Mae Jewelry’s production, inventory, and fulfillment operations across both wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels. This role is responsible for optimizing operational workflows, managing cross-functional coordination between sales, production, and fulfillment, and ensuring the efficient delivery of all orders and projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day production, inventory, and fulfillment operations across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Provide key, hands-on management of all stages of the production process, including procurement, receipt, quality control, and allocation of all products and components.
- Manage purchasing and production tracking databases.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between e-commerce, sales and production
- Manage inventory systems, including bi-annual inventory counts, stock tracking, and discrepancy resolution.
- Assist with development of new collections and styles.
- Develop and maintain production tracking and receiving protocols to ensure accurate inventory and timely replenishment.
- Monitor order fulfillment to ensure wholesale and retail orders are processed accurately and delivered on schedule.
- Prepare shipping labels, manage and pack/unpack inbound and outbound shipments

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of production and/or operations experience in the fashion/jewelry industry
- Strong database management skills, including proficiency in excel-based programs.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, proactive attitude.
