About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive Shipping Coordinator to support day-to-day shipping operations and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for gifting programs. This is an in-person role ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives on organization, and can juggle logistics alongside general office coordination.

You will play a key role in ensuring shipments move smoothly, inventory is tracked accurately, and the office runs efficiently in support of ongoing programs and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping & Logistics

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for gifting programs and events
• Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and tracking documentation
• Order shipping supplies including packaging and custom items 
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers (domestic and international)
• Track shipments and proactively flag delays or issues
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming inventory
• Support packing and outbound preparation as needed
• Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records



Light Office Coordination

• Support day-to-day office operations and organization
• Coordinate office supplies, shipping materials, and storage areas
• Help keep storage rooms, inventory areas, and works
• Support administrative tasks related to operations and fulfillment

Working Conditions

• Ability and willingness to work extended workdays and possible weekends when needed

The Line Aircraft Technician is responsible for repair and maintenance of aircraft for the Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) division of Alaska Airlines (AS). As a member of the M&E division, this individual contributor role performs all functions in the repair and maintenance of aircraft, which includes dismantling, repairing, assembly, and erection of machinery and mechanical devices. This is a union represented position.

• Repair and perform maintenance on aircraft, including dismantling, repairing, assembly, and erection of machinery and mechanical devices.
• Perform all work in a prompt timely manner, adhering to all attendance reliability policies and procedures.
• Exercise the authority of an Airman (any gender) Certificate (Repairman ((any gender)) or Airframe and/or Powerplant) in signing the corrective action in maintenance documents or aircraft maintenance log for airworthiness release or return to service, ensuring such is in accordance with Alaska Airlines policies and procedures.
• Act as cockpit coordinator, when assigned, to ensure safe operation of aircraft systems (e.g., flight controls, electrical, landing gear) from the flight deck.
• Ensure that a clean, safe, and orderly work area is maintained at all times. 

Required

• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve technical issues.

What you'll do:

• Provide care for acute medical concerns as well as offering same-day and next-day access to patients with time-sensitive needs–without having your own patient panel
• Work flexible hours, including evenings (after 5 p.m.) and weekends, as our clinics operate 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. 365 days per year
• Address a broad range of concerns such as chest pain, shortness of breath, abdominal pain, headaches, URIs, UTIs, STI testing/treatment, laceration repair, I&Ds, wound care, musculoskeletal injuries, short-term medication refills, acute mental health triage, and time-sensitive post-hospital follow-ups; Successful applicants will be comfortable with initial management of acute changes in chronic conditions
