Qualifications
A natural go-getter.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office programs (especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint) in addition to CRM experience (we use HubSpot).
College degree.
2-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Duties
Schedule leads and clients for procedures and office appointments.
Follow up and convert old and new leads via Zoom, phone, email and text.
Manage own lead list through an advanced HubSpot CRM system and Zoom meeting calendar for daily meetings with leads and clients.
Welcome clients and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
Full-time MON-FRI (working in the Beverly Hills office)
