Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as an On-Site Association Manager! We're on the lookout for a licensed community association manager (LCAM) in sunny Florida to lead the charge in managing single associations, master associations, or those with multiple sub-associations. Requirements

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of statutes for assigned Condominium or Homeowner Association type.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Project management and leadership skills, especially supervising on-site personnel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and tech-savvy in leveraging tools for administrative efficiency.

Education and Experience:

• LCAM Certification in accordance with Florida state laws
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in community association management.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

There is hospital rounding every fourth weekend for the group's patients as well.

Located in Bucks County, PA this practice offers easy access to Philadelphia and a friendly staff to work with.

Up to $300,000 base salary.  Flexible scheduling
- As long as the patients are being seen, the doctor can come in as early or as late as desired   Up to 4 weeks PTO.  The average number of patient encounters is 20-25.  Bonuses for additional patients seen will range from $20,000
- $50,000 annually.  Full benefits included.  The community offers terrific schools and easy access to all the amenities of Philadelphia
