Work as a FP/OB along with 7 OB/GYN physicians and 5 other FP/OBs.See a full spectrum of Family Medicine patients along with womens health patients including deliveries.

Average deliveries expected by month 0-5.

Take 5-6 calls per month which includes 12-hour weekday shifts and 24 hour weekend block.Competitive salary $270,000

Examines patient to determine general physical condition or presence of disease or injury.Orders or executes various tests, analyses, and diagnostic images to provide information on patient's condition.

Analyzes reports and findings of tests and examination, and diagnoses condition of patient.Administers or prescribes treatments as needed.

Determines and prescribes medication, dosage, and schedule given the patient's condition and allergies.

Prescribes and administers vaccinations to immunize patient from communicable diseases.

Discusses any possible side affects to medication or immunizationwith parent or patient.

Refers patients to medical specialist for consultant services when necessary for patient's well-being.

Follows up with patient or parent regarding progress in high risk or emergency cases.

Establishes preventive health practices.

Provides guidance to parent and patient regarding nutrition, safety, discipline, injury, and disease prevention.

Provides educational materials or resources to parent or patient.

Documents the patient's visit including medical history, physical exam, diagnoses, and plan of action.

Job Summary 

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and ambitious Senior Associate with a passion for mission-driven work, to join our dynamic legal team, specializing in complex consumer class actions. The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing a caseload involving complex legal issues surrounding emerging technology, AI, data privacy and misuse, as well as other complex consumer class actions. Candidates must possess excellent writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, persuasive, and well-structured briefs, motions, and memoranda that require minimal editing, as well as the ability to independently take depositions, present oral arguments, and argue motions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling key dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment and motions for class certification, and the ability to independently manage major phases of class action litigation. This is an opportunity to be mentored by industry thought leaders, to creatively pursue interesting cases, and to champion causes that meaningfully impact ordinary people’s lives and the world. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

· Evaluating new cases; preparing and reviewing case proposals 

· Conducting legal research 

· Developing and recommending case strategy 

· Drafting motions and briefs in file-ready form 

· Overseeing filing process for motions and briefs 

· Preparing, finalizing, and serving stipulations, discovery letters, joint statements, and proposed orders 

· Corresponding with co-counsel, opposing counsel, court personnel, and clients as necessary 

· Drafting, propounding, reviewing, and responding to discovery; managing discovery disputes 

· Preparing for and taking/defending depositions 

· Attending mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings 

· Taking argument at mediation, arbitration, and court hearings 

· Attending and/or leading team and firm meetings 

· Adhering to all deadlines (internal and court mandated)
