Summary: The Project Manager I reports to and is responsible for assisting Senior Project Manager/Director with the daily execution, management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of the signage or brand project(s) to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting time and cost objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Proactively communicate and provide solutions to customer(s) to provide value added service with excellence.

· Perform as the primary executor of projects for customer(s).

· Develop cost estimates and selling values of assigned projects; solicit and obtain bids from subcontractors and material suppliers.

· Issue, monitor and process purchase orders to subcontractors.

· Monitor project progress and update status reports and forecasts to reflect changes.

· Coordinate with Estimating, Engineering, Production and logistics to execute projects.

· Learn customers’ brand and implementation standards. Incorporate those standards into execution.

· Actively participates on internal team(s) that focus on continuous improvement of the business.

Required Qualifications:

· Education: The applicant should have a minimum 4-year degree (or equivalent experience) in business, engineering, construction, or architecture.

· Experience: Minimum of 3 years of similar experience in manufacturing or service environment. Demonstrate excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.

· Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, with Excel or Access experience, and Smartsheet.

Working Conditions: Work is performed in a general office environment with a hybrid schedule. Travel at times may be required.

HRIS Analyst

Location: Virginia Beach, VA (FULLY ONSITE)

Compensation: $53/hr. to $60.10/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HRIS experience supporting enterprise-level HR systems

• Proven, hands-on experience with UKG and/or Workday HCM in a post‑production support or implementation capacity

• Strongly preferred experience with UKG/Workday Payroll and/or Time Tracking modules

• Demonstrated expertise with UKG and Workday integrations, including EIBs and Core Connectors; Studio experience is a plus

• Solid understanding of HR, payroll, and timekeeping business processes

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a qualified Senior HRIS Analyst in support of one of our higher education clients in Virginia Beach VA. This candidate will be supporting and be responsible for serving as the critical bridge between HR business operations and HR technology, ensuring HRIS processes are accurate, scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational objectives. The day‑to‑day will include:

• Owning end‑to‑end functional process design

• Driving technical execution across HR, Payroll, Time, and Absence modules

• Overseeing data integrity and system governance, and leading both functional and technical workstreams during the UKG‑to‑Workday implementation.

• Support the HR team (currently under remapping with a new enrollment vendor) by managing daily HRIS and operational tasks.

• Source and collaborate with vendors to ensure daily reports run accurately and integrate correctly with operations and system platforms.

• Identify and reduce manual work by leveraging available automations within UKG and Workday.

• Participate in focus groups related to platform integration and help merge processes between Workday and the new system.

• Provide operational support, assisting both HR and Payroll leadership with recurring tasks and small integration projects.

• Work with the Payroll Director for each pay period to validate data, ensure correct system flows, and resolve access or security issues.

• Troubleshoot backend system issues, collaborating with help desk teams when technical problems arise.

We are currently seeking an Operations Specialist to support operations in Virginia Beach, VA. This is a full-time CONUS position requiring an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in 24/7 operations, that serve U.S. government missions. You will:

• Be a member of a 24/7 support team responsible for overseeing daily operations.
• Must be able to work within a team standing a rotating watch to ensure project deliverables.
• Be able to monitor operations and to include mission and support systems (generators, HVAC, etc.) and leverage a wide range of accesses and technical tools to immediately fix many of the technical issues that hinder the mission.
• Monitor IT mission equipment including, servers, clients, routers, switches, telecommunications cabling, etc.
• Provide basic troubleshooting skills to resolve problems. Act as escalation manager liaison between operations and support elements for rapid restoration notification.
• Provide timely updates to customers, Senior Leadership and the Program Manager for situational awareness documentation.
• Conduct pass down briefings, maintain pass down logs and present to on-coming watch teams. Train and mentor newly assigned and/or junior watch standers.
• Prepare and disseminate information reports, presentations and other deliverables to project leadership.
• Conduct routine project status meetings with Government Project Managers and company project team and help identify project challenges and risks while offering alternatives to achieve success and continually improve enterprise processes.
• Facilitate or participate in the creation of document deliverables, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), System Assessments, Project Status Reports, etc. prior to submitting to the Government.
• Ensure project deadlines are kept and ensure tasks remain within project scope.

Required Qualifications:

• Education & Experience: Minimum High School and four (4) years' experience working in a team environment.
• Certifications: Must have a current and active DoD Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI. Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies

• Act as escalation manager liaison between operations and support elements for rapid restoration notification.
