Warehouse Engineer (Warehouse Transformation) - up to $100K

The role
We’re hiring a Warehouse Engineer to support a major warehouse transformation. This role will suit someone who enjoys improving how warehouses run—optimising layout and processes, supporting the introduction of new technology, and helping deliver change through to go-live.
What you’ll do
- Support a significant warehouse change programme (including site transition and operational improvements)
- Review and improve warehouse layout, flow, and processes to increase efficiency and service levels
- Help implement new warehouse technology and ensure operational readiness
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Systems/IT, and external partners
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and contribute to project planning and delivery
- Drive continuous improvement using data, KPIs, and structured problem-solving
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a warehouse/distribution environment with a track record of process improvement
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Comfortable working with warehouse systems and data (ERP/WMS exposure beneficial)
- A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with competing priorities
Nice to have
- Exposure to warehouse technology/automation projects
- Lean / Six Sigma training or similar continuous improvement background

Job Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of routine lab operations to assist a team processing samples for detection of Legionella. Will work with technical direction from supervisor.Standard laboratory tasks include:
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
- Filter and plate water samples according to ISO standard method
- Prepare supplies for routine testing
- Accurately identify and enumerate target colonies after plating

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides basic leadership skills for assigned patients, collaborates with other departments and begins process of proactive thinking when implementing the plan of care. Serves as mentor to the staff nurse and ancillary personnel; receives mentoring from Staff Nurse II and III; and Patient Care Coordinator.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of one year experience required. Verification of course completion in accordance with all American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support and Health Care Provider guidelines is required. BSN highly preferred.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Current license from the Board of Nurse Examiners of the State of Texas to practice as a registered nurse is required. Must have a current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or AHA BLS Instructor Provider card.
