Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $270,000 – $300,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus, equaling total target cash compensation that may be between $295,000 - $450,000.

Job Title: Director of Human Resources

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (HR certification a plus)
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in retail or fashion
• Proven experience managing multi-unit operations (40+ stores) and 1,000+ employees
• Experience in change management, process improvement, and talent development
