Job Summary:
As an Associate Product Owner for Ecommerce Shop team you are responsible for driving the product vision through execution. You will work closely with the Ecommerce Product Owner as well as internal and external customers to help drive product strategy, design, innovation and overall product direction. The Associate Product Owner is responsible for a team's success, and supports the development effort by conveying the vision to the team, helping to prioritize work in the product backlog based on business value.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Supports the product manager and digital design team to bring the vision and experience to life
Writes user stories aligned with product vision to right-sized product backlog items
Coordinates product feedback from internal and external stakeholders to drive product release schedule
Actively participates in iteration planning, daily standups, leads demos, and participates in retrospectives
Contributes to prioritization and maintains the sprint backlog and performs just-in-time story elaboration with the implementation team
Manages stakeholder expectations and reports product status on a regular cadence
Leads and understands the backlog, backlog grooming, daily maintenance of the backlog is a primary function of this role
Responsible for monitoring product status & feedback in the marketplace
Leads and works closely with Scrum team to guide, direct, and ensure acceptance criteria is met while maintaining a focus on quality
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
Minimum 3 years of professional experience
An effective and persuasive communicator (written, verbal, presentation, e-mail, etc.),
Experience with Cart/Checkout and Order Management aspects of the ecommerce
Skilled at leading meetings and making presentations within all areas of the company Highly motivated, self-directed, driven.
Ability to juggle many competing priorities all at once, while able to effectively lead the scrum team
Proficient in gathering and writing business/functional/technical requirements
2+ yeas of project management experience
Contains business and technical savvy skills, a big picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality.
Demonstrated success working with internal and external business groups
1+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environment, preferably in software development
Tenacious curiosity for investigating and solving technical bugs.
Responsible for identifying un-translated web content and coordinating the execution of that content to be translated.
Highly organized detail oriented
Possess positive attitude and enthusiasm
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
Certified Scrum Product Owner Experience working on consumer-facing software
Technical experience (mobile apps, websites, integrated software & hardware)
French and/or Spanish language skills
Data driven mindset with product optimization experience.
2+ years of Customer facing retail experience
2+ years of Order Management and order fulfilment experience
2+ years of Ecommerce Experience
The projected hourly range for this position is $30 to $38.

The hourly compensation range for this role is $17.50 to $19.99 Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidateβs relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
