GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience. The Accounts Payable Manager oversees the daily operations of the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements, while maintaining a strong business partnering relationship with Procurement and other areas within the company ports. This role is responsible for maintaining strong internal controls, managing vendor relationships, and leading a team of AP analysts and AP specialists to support the companys financial operations. It also oversees the annual AP-related IRS tax reporting, Connecticut Sales tax reporting, and quarterly and year-end AP accrual reporting, as well as any special projects.
