Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
3.
Previous experience working with homeless and mentally ill individuals.
4.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
5.
Strong organizational and case management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
6.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to case management.
7.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
8.
