Job Description:
-Responsible for leading and working with team members including assigning work, training, and reviewing quality of work
-Monitoring employee attendance and productivity, and taking steps to improve performance where necessary
-Ensure all employees are utilizing all safety precautions and maintaining safe work environment
-Communicating concerns, updates, and completion timelines (with site management and customer)

Shift: Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $20.50-$20.50  
Pay Scale: Not Applicable

Job Requirements:
-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
-6 months or more of Warehouse/Distribution team lead experience
-Proficiency in MS Office Products required (Outlook, Word and Excel)
-Understanding of and experience working with Warehouse Management Systems
-Experience with basic data entry / time and attendance tracking
-Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
-Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment – continuously lifting and moving up to 50lbs.
-Forklift, electric pallet jack, or other warehouse material handling equipment certification preferred
-Meet/lead/inspire fast-paced productivity goals and standards
-Excellent customer service required
-Overtime/Weekends will be required during peak/seasonal volumes
-Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including cooler/freezers)
-Standing 8 to 10 hours per day
-Effective communication skills
-Safety shoes are required
-Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time
-Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
-Other duties as assigned

Looking for a skilled podiatrist interested in practicing in the Lehigh Valley which is located in northeast Pennsylvania.  Located in Allentown, which is the 3rd largest city in PA, our practice was established in 1991 and is a well respected, very sought after busy office with strong ties to the community.

We are looking to invest long term in a well trained Podiatric Physician and Surgeon who wants to become part of this vibrant growing community. The ideal candidate needs to be board certified or qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. A current Pennsylvania license required. Of course, we would like a well rounded, exceptional, compassionate individual who enjoys treating patients and practicing Podiatric Medicine. A strong surgical background is preferred since there is a call schedule for the practice as well as a large hospital system. Our doctors have surgical privileges and staff appointments at the largest hospital systems in Pennsylvania.

Our busy practice presents an opportunity to rapidly grow professionally and prepare to take the surgical board certification if not already certified. It is an opportunity to step right into a full schedule. Our close knit group of doctors are available to collaborate and mentor. Our group of doctors have the training, experience and certifications you would want for mentorship.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat foot and ankle problems

• Weekly surgical schedule.

• Rotating call schedule including ER and consultations.

• Educate patients on foot care and preventative measures.

• Collaborate with health care professionals.

• Wound care opportunity.

• Teaching opportunity: residents, interns and externs.

Allentown is home of the Iron Pigs, the Philadelphia Phillies triple A franchise and the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, the Philadelphia Flyers affiliate.
