Minimum Qualifications

We provide in-home care to former Nuclear Weapons Workers who are suffering from chronic and terminal illnesses, as a result of their previous work environment.
Our RN-Case Managers conduct in-home nursing visits for our clients. All our clients are former Nuclear Weapon's Workers with chronic/terminal illness due to exposure to toxic substances while working for the Government. The nursing visits are conducted weekly and typically last 1-2 hours per visit. During the visits, the RN-Case Managers do physical assessments including vitals, ensure home safety with medical equipment and supplies, fill weekly medication planners and oversee skilled and non-skilled caregivers providing care in the client's home.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Spokane, WA. The Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our machinery and aftermarket solutions. - Assist residents with morning and bedtime routines, including dressing and undressing.
- Conduct oral hygiene care for residents.
- Perform grooming tasks to maintain resident cleanliness and appearance.
- Support and assist with the facility's toileting program.
- Offer queuing and assistance during mealtimes to ensure residents' nutritional needs are met.
- Help residents with safe transfers, utilizing gait belts, sit-to-stand lifts, and Hoyer lift equipment as needed.
- Accurately obtain and record vital signs; promptly report any unusual findings to the shift lead or charge nurse.
- Respond appropriately to residents' emotional and behavioral changes.
- React swiftly and effectively in emergency situations, including responding to the resident emergency call system.
- Encourage and facilitate resident socialization and participation in community activities.
- Communicate and document any concerns or observations regarding residents' well-being to the charge nurse and in the electronic MAR.
- Be able to stand, sit, stoop, crouch, bend, and lift or move up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MedTech Certificate (required for MedTech role)
- CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
- Experience as a CNA is advantageous but not mandatory
