Opportunity Description

A national healthcare corporation is seeking an experienced and hands-on Vice President of Finance to oversee the organization’s financial operations, planning, and long-term strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance functions, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and expense management
• Hire, train, mentor, and manage finance team staff
• Mitigate financial risk and lead negotiations with financial institutions and external partners
• Develop financial models, long-term strategic financial plans, and provide data-driven recommendations to executive leadership
• Lead the annual budgeting process and conduct ongoing forecasting to guide cash flow management and capital allocation
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records
• Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws, regulations, and healthcare financial standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience required
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• CPA preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills
• Proven experience managing financial operations in a complex organization
