Job Details Responsibilities: 1.

Develop and implement strategies for patent prosecution to protect the company's intellectual property rights.

2.

Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including patent applications, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements.

3.

Conduct comprehensive research on patent laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

4.

Provide legal advice to the management team on intellectual property matters.

5.

Represent the company in patent disputes and litigation.

6.

Collaborate with external counsel on complex patent issues.

7.

Conduct intellectual property audits to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

8.

Conduct trademark searches and file trademark applications.

9.

Develop and deliver training programs on intellectual property rights for employees.

10.

Participate in mediation and dispute resolution processes.

Qualifications: 1.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Patent Attorney.

3.

Admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

4.

Proven experience in patent prosecution, patent litigation, and intellectual property law.

5.

Proficiency in trademark law and legal writing.

6.

Strong negotiation and mediation skills.

7.

Excellent research and analytical skills.

8.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

9.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

10.

High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

11.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
