Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and manage real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, closing statements, and related correspondence.

Coordinate and manage all aspects of closings, including preparation of closing checklists, escrow instructions, and post-closing documentation.
Perform due diligence, including review of zoning reports, environmental assessments, and corporate entity documents.
Prepare and file UCC financing statements and other required documents with appropriate agencies.
Maintain organized transaction files and ensure compliance with firm and client requirements.

Qualifications Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate law.
