The Critical Care Transport Paramedic delivers high‑level pre‑hospital care, providing both basic and advanced life support through skilled triage, assessment, and treatment guided by established protocols and the direction of the Critical Care Transport Medical Director. Working closely with a transport partner, the CCTP evaluates the severity of illness or injury, prioritizes interventions, and ensures patients are safely moved to the most appropriate facility. Safety remains the central focus throughout every phase of transport, and strong communication is essential as multiple handoffs often occur during a single mission. Beyond clinical duties, the CCTP represents the program through regional outreach, provider education, quality reviews, and case study discussions. When not flying, the paramedic supports hospital operations through task assignments across affiliated facilities. The Preferred Qualifications:
