The Work:
As a Java Software Engineer, you will:
โข Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
โข Debug existing software and correct defects
โข Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards
โข Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features
โข Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments
โข Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories
โข Write or review software and system documentation
โข Serve as team lead at the level appropriate to the software development process being used on any particular project
โข Design or implement complex database or data repository interfaces/queries
โข Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards
โข Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components
โข Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, confer with users or system engineers; analyze systems flow, data usage and work processes; and investigate problem areas
โข Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance
โข Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design
โข Design or implement complex algorithms requiring adherence to strict timing, system resource, or interface constraints; Perform quality control on team products
โข Implement recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards
โข Oversee one or more software development teams and ensure the work is completed in accordance with the constraints of the software development process being used on any particular project
โข Confer with system engineers and hardware engineers to derive software requirements and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces
โข Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure operational specifications are met
โข Recommend new technologies and processes for complex software projects
โข Serve as the technical lead of multiple software development teams
โข Select the software development process in coordination with the customer and system engineering
โข Ensure quality control of all developed and modified software
Basic Qualifications:
โข Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
or Four (4) years of additional software engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
โข Current DoD Top Secret SCI with Polygraph.
โข Minimum Fifteen (15) years of experience Software Engineer (SWE)

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $150,800 - $265,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Carle Health is seeking an Audiologist to join our Audiology and Hearing Services team at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
- Carle's Audiology department offers diagnostic and rehabilitation services including adult and pediatric audiologic evaluation, vestibular evaluation and treatment, central auditory processing evaluations, and hearing aid evaluation and fitting
- Full range audiology practice including patients from birth to geriatrics, with large focus on pediatric patients
- Schedule will be Mon โ Fri, 8 AM โ 5 PM
- Communication and meetings with device reps
- Train and precept audiology students
Education/Clinical Experience Requirements:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Audiology
- Experience with hearing aids, implantable technology/devices, and balance evaluations preferred

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $37.48per hour - $64.47per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidateโs experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
