We're Hiring | Associate Attorney – Probate Practice
Trusted Plan Lawyer (Brad Williams, Attorney at Law, PLLC) is a process-driven estate planning and probate firm based in Ridgeland, MS — and we're growing. What You'll Do:
→ Field incoming calls from potential new clients and evaluate new matters
→ Manage probate administration matters from opening to close
→ Appear in chancery courts statewide (occasional travel required)
→ Work within proven systems designed for efficient, client-friendly delivery
→ Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the probate process
What We're Looking For:
→ Active Mississippi Bar license in good standing — must be licensed to practice law in the State of Mississippi (additional surrounding states is a plus)
→ At least 1 year of meaningful probate or chancery court experience — OR a strong clerkship with a chancery judge
→ Strong familiarity with chancery court practice and procedure
→ Strong computer skills and comfortable with a mostly digital law practice using automation and AI.
→ Strong client communication skills — comfortable in person, on the phone, and in the courtroom
→ Ability to put clients at ease and project professionalism and competence
→ Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working within established systems
→ Someone who wants to be part of a close-knit, high-performing team for the long haul
Compensation & Benefits:
→ Base salary $70,000–$76,000 DOE
→ Uncapped performance bonus — defined, transparent, and tied directly to your results. An attorney who meets performance expectations should expect total compensation in the $100,000+ range

Role Description
The Washington Law Firm, PLLC is seeking a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant for an on-site position located in Southaven, MS. The Legal Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of daily legal office functions. Duties include preparing legal documents, organizing case files, handling correspondence, maintaining schedules, and ensuring proper communication between attorneys, clients, and staff.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Law and experience with Legal Document Preparation
- Excellent Communication skills for handling client interactions and internal coordination
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance and proven Organization Skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and legal-specific tools
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
- Previous experience in a legal or administrative role is preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
