Project Architect

Location: Atlanta, GA

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Architect to join a well-established architecture studio in the Atlanta area. This role is ideal for a design professional with hands-on experience in an architectural office and exposure to commercial and/or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on architectural design projects including programming, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development
• Resolve complex technical and design challenges throughout project phases
• Assist with managing client expectations, internal team communication, and consultant coordination
• Coordinate project teams to deliver complete construction documents, including plans, specifications, and material selections
• Participate in construction administration, including review of submittals and finish samples
• Contribute to office initiatives, professional development, and internal learning programs

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of practical experience working in an architectural office
• Strong Revit proficiency required
• AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp experience is a plus
• Experience with industrial and/or commercial design projects
• Ability to develop a full construction set from design sketches is a plus
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
