Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our production process, running the machines that turn fresh ingredients into crave-worthy dishes. You’ll:

• Set up and operate a variety of food processing equipment — from mixers to fillers and more
• Keep things running smoothly by monitoring equipment and making quick adjustments
• Ensure every product is perfect, meeting our high standards for quality, consistency, and safety
• Stay sharp by identifying issues before they become problems and working with the maintenance team when needed
• Support a hygienic and hazard-free production environment, because food safety is everything
• Document your work accurately so we can keep improving every day
• Work with a tight-knit team that has your back and celebrates your wins

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

• A go-getter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting or food manufacturing experience is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required, and the ability to follow verbal and written work instructions
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or industrial setting is awesome, but not required — we’ll train the right person
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment (lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods)
• Basic mechanical skills and a knack for solving problems
• Ability to follow directions and take pride in doing the job right
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when needed

What will you do as an Assistant Store Manager?

· Provide customers with professional and educated recommendations on tire purchases, repair or application needs

· Perform tire repair or replacement duties to provide customers with professional service during times of high workload demands

· Assist in the shop or at off-site locations with service work when technician’s require additional help to successfully and safely complete assigned tasks.

· Recruit, evaluate, train and lead a team that is committed to executing outstanding work and providing exceptional customer service

· Be familiar with, adhere to, and enforce company policies and procedures

· Adherence to legal guidelines, including such things as OSHA requirements, price changes, etc.

· Maintain strong communication between store and all support departments

· Ensure execution of all inventory and operational standards, parts ordering

· Strong customer service skills

· Maintain current knowledge of changes and additions to our product lines, service and sales techniques and mandated awareness program.

· Ability to maintain enthusiasm and a professional demeanor at all times

 

Your Qualifications:

· Sales and/or management experience with a proven track record

· Working knowledge of basic computer functions

· Ability to effectively communicate professionally and effectively.

· Minimum 1 year experience in the tire and automotive or commercial vehicle service industry

· At least 18 years of age

· Valid driver’s license required

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Ability to perform all job functions that require lifting and or carrying single items weighing at least 50 lbs., as well as functions and activities such as pulling, pushing, bending, standing, lifting, reaching, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.

· Able to fulfill a full work schedule Monday – Friday with occasional needs for half days on Saturday.
 

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

· Sales and/or management experience with a proven track record

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice built to combine the stability of a hospital practice with the clinical autonomy of private practice.
This role is designed for psychiatrists who want:

• Predictable, W-2 compensation and benefits
• Flexible scheduling, control over their schedule, session structure, and patient population
• Minimal administrative burden in a fully remote, outpatient model

What your day-to-day practice looks like:

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (ex. anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD)
• Patient population across the lifespan: children & adolescents (treated by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only), adults, and geriatric patients
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow ups)
• No inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization care or crisis coverage
• In-house referral network to therapists
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing

Clinical autonomy & flexibility:

• Control over schedule and weekly availability
• Session length within established clinical standards
• Patient population, balanced to individual criteria and preferences
• Clinical decision-making without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume

Full-time and part-time W-2 employment Total annual on-target earnings of $300k - $350k +, consisting of: - Base salary - Monthly productivity incentive (guaranteed during initial 6-month onboarding period)
Our history Talkiatry was founded in 2020 by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a triple board-certified psychiatrist in adult, child and adolescent psychiatry, and Robert Krayn, a patient who experienced firsthand the challenges of accessing care.
