Overview

HydroJug is seeking a full time talented Photographer who excels in both lifestyle and studio photography. This role supports all brand photo needs including campaigns, e-commerce, social, and product storytelling. The ideal candidate is creative, self-directed, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality lifestyle photography in various outdoor and indoor environments
• Execute clean, consistent studio photography for product and e-commerce use
• Travel for photoshoots as needed, including short-notice trips
• Collaborate closely with the Creative and Marketing teams on shot lists, concepts, and brand styling
• Organize, edit, and deliver final image assets in required formats and timelines

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in commercial photography
• Strong portfolio demonstrating lifestyle, product, and studio work
• Proficiency with lighting equipment and professional camera systems
• Highly proficient in Photoshop and Lightroom to produce polished, accurate, and consistent final images
• Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable traveling for shoots
• Ability to take direction while bringing creative solutions and visual ideas to the table

Summary/General Description of Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Plumber performs basic preventive maintenance as assigned on all equipment/machinery located in the Ogden IRS building.

The Maintenance Plumber assembles, installs and repairs pipes, fittings and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes, studies building plans and working drawings to determine work aids required, and sequence of installations. This worker inspects structure to ascertain obstructions to be avoided to prevent weakening of structure resulting from installation of pipe, and locates and marks position of pipe and pipe connections and passage holes for pipes in walls and floors.

This worker cuts openings in walls and floors, performs trenching by hand or power equipment to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings, using hand tools and power tools, cuts and threads pipe, using pipe cutters, cutting torch, and pipe-threading machine, bends pipe to required angle by use of pipe-bending machine. The Maintenance Plumber assembles and installs valves, pipefittings, and pipes composed of metals, such as iron, steel, brass and lead, and nonmetals, such as glass, vitrified clay, and plastic. This person joins pipe by use of screws, bolts, fittings, solder, plastic solvent, and caulks joints, fills pipe system with water or air and reads pressure gauges to determine whether system is leaking, installs and repairs plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, commodes, bathtubs, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposal units, dishwashers, water softeners and clogged toilets. This person repairs and maintains plumbing by replacing washers in leaky faucets, mending burst pipes, and opening clogged drains, inspections of drains using specialized camera systems and may weld holding fixtures to steel structural members. This person will spot utilities, repair water mains, hydrants and valves. Other duties may be assigned as required.

Working Conditions:

May require exposure to disagreeable conditions including sewers, mud, sand, dirt, trenches, grease, caustic chemicals, paint/gasoline fumes, equipment noise and vibration, inclement weather and dampness and confined spaces. May be subject to irregular shift hours if required.

Minimum Qualifications/Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience
• High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
• Valid driver license/airfield driver's license
• Travel for training when required
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirement
• Knowledge of plumbing codes
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to climb ladders and work in outdoor/indoor overhead conditions to include man lifts
• Variable working hours may be required due to operational requirements
• Stand for long periods of time, including an 8 hour shift
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand American English
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player; ability to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with others

Ability to perform duties to all local, state and federal safety standards

• Lead fit sessions and own all fit comments from proto → TOP.

• Create detailed tech packs, construction callouts, measurement specs, and BOMs.

• Communicate daily with overseas factories, ensuring timely corrections & approvals.

• Analyze patterns and provide clear, accurate correction notes.

• Maintain ACTA's fit standards and help develop future size strategies.

• Approve TOP samples with exceptional attention to detail.

• Manage multiple styles and calendars simultaneously.

• 5+ years technical design experience (activewear strongly preferred).

• Expert knowledge of fit, construction, grading, and pattern making.

• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel.

• Familiarity with CLO 3D or Browzwear is a plus.
