Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Drafter based in Manhattan, KS. The Drafter will create and modify detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints for manufacturing purposes. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with engineers and project managers to produce technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design standards, and reviewing technical documentation. The Drafter is also expected to maintain project documentation and make revisions as needed based on feedback.
Qualifications
- Prepare proposal, plan, submittal, and fabrication drawings
- Develop detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings, schematics, and mechanical layouts using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
- Create models and renderings to visualize and communicate design intent
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and sales teams to understand project requirements and specifications
- Review, revise, and update drawings based on internal and client feedback
- Maintain organized documentation of drawings, revisions, and project files
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations as needed
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Proficiency in CAD software, primarily Autodesk Inventory and AutoCAD, is essential

THE OPPORTUNITY
This Engineer will be responsible for completing the Mechanical Engineering portion of projects in support of the Plant Capital Project execution. They will also provide daily Plant Technical support, enabling the Plant to meet its Safety, Market, Productivity, and Quality goals. WHAT WILL YOU DO

* Adhere to the quality system and established methods (risk analyses, FMEA, design reviews, quality planning, treatment of non-Conformities, etc.).
* Acquire validation of projects during the installation, start-up and ramp-up of the equipment in collaboration with team members.

* Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
* Strong leadership, communication, organizational, customer service skills, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

* Ability to successfully lead multiple projects
* Experience with mechanical design standards; OSHA, ASME, ANSI, ISO, etc.

Summary Description
Responsible for all duties of the counter person / pizza maker by performing the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Be in full uniform at the proper workstation at the designated time.
- Work all counter stations in either the scramble or station system.
- Must be able to read, understand and utilize proper guest check procedures.
- Make all products following the portion charts and prescribed procedures within the average time as described in the Performance Standards.
- Interacts with guests as appropriate.
- Wraps pizzas properly and repeats orders to guest.
- Gives verbal baking instructions to all guests and thanks the guest.
- Gives the order to the guest within the 6-minute door to door service time.
- Assists guests if necessary to carry pizzas out to their car or hold the door open.
- Responsible to keep their assigned area neat, clean and well stocked.
- Responsible to follow excellent sanitation, food handling and safety procedures.
- Performs the duties of the runner (restock person) or dish person as directed by immediate supervisor.
- Responsible to perform all opening, closing, change of shift or early out duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
- Performs any other job-related duties as directed by immediate supervisor.
- May also perform duties of a Cashier or Prep Person.
