* The Mount Carmel Grove City Labor and Delivery/Mother Infant has 9 labor rooms, 4 triage rooms, 4 PACU bays on L&D and 18 private rooms on Mother Infant.
On Labor and Delivery, you will care for new moms through the labor, delivery, and immediate post partum period, you will care for newborns in their first few hours of life, you will prep, circulate, and recover cesarean section patients, and in rare cases you may need to help support moms who experience pregnancy loss at different stages of their pregnancy.
On Mother Infant, you will care for new moms and babies after they recover on labor and delivery.
You will help moms bond, breastfeed, and care for themselves and their newborns, you will do patient teaching, and will discharge moms and babies home once they are deemed ready.

Regardless of your experience, we want to connect with you! The Special Care Nursery (SCN) is a Level II fifteen private room unit with one room designated for twins with sixteen hardwired monitoring units.
The patient population is newborns greater than 1500 grams or 32 weeks gestation of the SCN includes but is not limited to all low-risk newborns and all uncomplicated newborns.
Newborns with selected complicated conditions such as physiologic immaturity such as apnea of prematurity, an inability to maintain body temperature, an inability to take oral feedings, who are moderately ill with problems that are expected to resolve and are not anticipated to need sub-specialty services on an urgent basis or who are convalescing from intensive care.
This unit is managed by Nationwide Children's and part of the neonatal network in the city.

- Drive tractor trailer to deliver donated items to and from donation sites, retail stores, and programs.
- Deliver salvage items from the retail stores to the warehouse.
Ancillary Job Functions:
