You will:

• Provide Primary and Family evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
• Provide administrative duties to include but not limited to opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, maintaining a clean environment.
• Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes
• Perform duties including speaking with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, completing diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care
• Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, chronic condition management

• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients. This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI) Prevention and safer sex practices.
• Order and administer immunizations and injections (to include but not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provides evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
• Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent
• Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment
• Depending on the market, the ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages not limited to but including Spanish
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
• Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires.

Education:

• Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role

Preferred Qualifications:

• If less than 1 year of work experience as a licensed provider, prior student precepting rotation with MinuteClinic is preferred, but not required.

In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. About the Position

We are currently seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team at our Lorain, Ohio headquarters. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys variety—balancing digital and print design projects that directly support our sales and marketing initiatives.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling materials that promote Absolute Machine Tools’ brand, products, and services. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and the sales team, this role develops and maintains a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels. Strong organization and creative problem-solving are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital artwork for social media, email campaigns, promotions, web graphics, and other online platforms
• Create print materials such as brochures, catalogs, flyers, banners, and business cards
• Develop trade show and event graphics, including booth displays and signage
• Edit photos and videos for promotional use
• Manage in-house printing and finishing of catalogs, line cards, and other marketing materials, including cutting, folding, and packing materials for shipment
• Operate and maintain equipment such as printers, cutters, and laminators
• Perform basic website updates (text, images, links) to keep content accurate and up to date
• Coordinate multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with team members while working independently with minimal supervision
• Bring a positive, proactive attitude that reflects our employee-owner culture
• Related duties, as needed

Skills and Requirements

• Strong understanding of design for print and digital media
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, Premiere Pro)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with CRM or task management systems (e.g., , HubSpot, Zoho), preferred
• Knowledge of Google Ads platform, helpful
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Education and Experience

• Associate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (B2B or manufacturing environment is strongly preferred)
