POSITION SUMMARY
The role of our key account manager is to manage, retain and grow our client relationships. Act as the primary, long-term point of contact, develop a strategic partnership with all of our customers, negotiate contracts, identify upsell opportunities and ensure client satisfaction to maximize revenue and loyalty.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION
- Ownership for multiple customers
- Frequent interaction with customers via email, phone or in person (some overnight travel required)
- Coordinate cross-functional communication both internally and externally
- Play an active role in the new business launch process by driving flawless execution of customer expectations
- Monitor expected volume and revenue vs. actual volume and revenue
- Customer reporting of KPIs both internally and externally
- Address issues and escalations in a profession and courteous manner, both internal and external
- Identification of continuous improvement opportunities that drive efficiency, reduce cost and improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition
- Act as a point of escalation for unpaid account receivables
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 7+ years customer facing experience, preferably in a 3PL environment
PREFERRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree (AND/OR) 2+ years experience
REQUIRED SKILLS (TECHNICAL, CLERICAL, LANGUAGE, ETC.)
- Microsoft office
- Proficient in excel and outlook
- 3PL experience is a plus
- Fluent reading and writing English required

We are seeking a long-term, dedicated associate to assist in the warehouse.
Schedule: The schedule for the position will be 6 am to 2 pm, Monday-Friday.
If OT is required, it will mean staying after 2 PM.
Payrate: Payrate will be $18-$20 an hour, depending on experience.
Will need to show proof of being HiLo certified.
Essential duties include: • Prepares parts to be delivered to Oxus based on need and stock level.
• Completes deliveries to and from both Oxus facilities.
• Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat and organized.
• Promotes a clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Escalates issues to the manager and recommends potential solutions.
• Performs Preventive Maintenance on all equipment at the warehouse.
• Performs inventory cycle counting daily.
Skills and Attributes: • Ability to lead by example, gain respect from the team, and communicate clearly across all departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; organization and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage a wide variety of activities at the same time.
Qualified applicants: • High school diploma, 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be trained and possess a Fork Truck license • Must hold and maintain a good vehicle driving record.
