HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Manager, Skilled Nursing/Acute Rehab for a 250+ bed hospital in CA.

Job Overview:

• Operational Leadership: Manages daily operations and staffing for skilled nursing and sub-acute units.
• Patient Care Coordination: Oversees nursing care to ensure quality standards are met, particularly for patients requiring sub-acute rehab.
• Clinical Leadership: Responsible for establishing protocols, practices, and managing budgetary requirements.

Requirements:

• Education: BSN required
• License: Active CA RN License required.
• Experience: 8 years of relevant experience
• Certifications: BLS AHA required
• Computer Skills: EMR and Microsoft Office Suite; must be computer savvy
