Job Summary:

Under the direction of a supervising physician, the Physician Assistant provides high quality, efficient, team based patient focused care. The Physician Assistants responsibilities may include managing patients in the office, hospital, ED and/or perioperative setting. The Physician Assistant may be required to First Assist in the OR or perform other department specific procedures. The Physician Assistant may also facilitate on call responsibilities for his/her supervising physician. The Physician Assistants daily responsibilities may vary based upon the department & supervising physician needs and may require evening or weekend work hours.

Essential Responsibilities:

• The Physician Assistant will practice as part of a team under the direction of their supervising physician. Primary Duties will be inclusive of the following but not limited to:
• Examines patient, performs comprehensive physical examination, and compiles patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examination.
• Administers or orders diagnostic tests, such as imaging studies, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests, and interprets test results for deviations from normal.
• Performs therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing and wound care, and managing infection.
• Performs other department specific diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
• Develops and implements patient management plans, records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of care.
• Instructs and counsels patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens, normal growth and development, family planning, emotional problems of daily living, and health maintenance and other relevant patient education.
• Based upon Specific Specialty, additional duties may include the following:
• Facilitate admissions, transfers, discharges
• First assist in surgeries or perform procedures as applicable
• Round on inpatients
• Performs admission evaluation on patients to include: obtaining basic medical information and history, reviewing patients medical record, performing physical exam, documenting findings into patient medical record, and reporting deviations from normal findings to attending physician.
• Provides patient and family with pre-operative/pre-procedure and other pertinent education.
• Answers questions regarding surgery or procedures, recovery and risk factor modification; provides blood transfusion information as applicable; performs peri-operative procedures; locates and utilizes diagnostic images, instruments and pertinent patient information.
• Reviews patient chart noting allergies, pertinent medical history, and abnormal physical findings.
• Assists in performing surgical procedures and other procedures consistent with the standards of care and practice guidelines:
• Depending on the specialty, may work as the First Assist during surgical procedures, start IVs, and/or perform suturing.
• Performs post-operative procedures to include entering standard post-operative orders into patient medical records; assists physicians with evaluation and management of patients status during recovery; reviews vital signs, laboratory and diagnostic studies; assists with management of patients.
• Facilitates patient discharge; dictates discharge and transfer summaries in a timely manner.

Your Role

What You?ll Do

• Conduct patient-centric and thorough history taking and physical examinations
• Craft patient-centric, evidence-based workups and treatment plans
• Treat adult patients (no pediatrics)
• Interpret x-rays, lab results and EKGs with supervising physician
• Triage and manage patient flow efficiently to minimize wait times
• Review and manage daily tasks, including patient callbacks regarding lab results, with assistance from our Central Support team
• Provide oversight and lead day-to-day operations for your team of medical assistants and support staff
• Consult supervising physician based on scope of practice and patient needs
• Manage a panel of patients towards evidence-based, quality targets

About You

• Medical/Master?s degree and certification
• PA - Valid state license to practice as a Physician Assistant and current national certification OR Valid state license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner and current national certification

• Maintain a controlled substance license along with an unrestricted DEA license
• Ability to consult and treat adult patients
• Experience in primary care or similar setting (minimum 1 year)
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times

What you'll likely work on:

• Expanded Care providers are responsible for managing patients' acute care concerns. This role is a blend of urgent care, but in a primary care setting

Responsibilities

Staff Data Scientist – Post Sales

Location: San Francisco (Hybrid)

Salary: $200–250k base + RSUs

This fast-growing Series E AI SaaS company is redefining how modern engineering teams build and deploy applications. We’re expanding our data science organization to accelerate customer success after the initial sale—driving onboarding, retention, expansion, and long-term revenue growth.

About the Role

As the senior data scientist supporting post-sales teams, you will use advanced analytics, experimentation, and predictive modeling to guide strategy across Customer Success, Account Management, and Renewals. Your insights will help leadership forecast expansion, reduce churn, and identify the levers that unlock sustainable net revenue retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecast & Model Growth: Build predictive models for renewal likelihood, expansion potential, churn risk, and customer health scoring.
• Optimize the Customer Journey: Analyze onboarding flows, product adoption patterns, and usage signals to improve activation, engagement, and time-to-value.
• Experimentation & Causal Analysis: Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, uplift modeling) to measure the impact of onboarding programs, success initiatives, and pricing changes on retention and expansion.
• Revenue Insights: Partner with Customer Success and Sales to identify high-value accounts, cross-sell opportunities, and early warning signs of churn.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product, RevOps, Finance, and Marketing to align post-sales strategies with company growth goals.
• Data Infrastructure Collaboration: Work with Analytics Engineering to define data requirements, maintain data quality, and enable self-serve dashboards for Success and Finance teams.
• Executive Storytelling: Present clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership that translate complex analysis into strategic decisions.

About You

• Experience: 6+ years in data science or advanced analytics, with a focus on post-sales, customer success, or retention analytics in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Technical Skills: Expert SQL and proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling, forecasting, and machine learning.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS metrics such as net revenue retention (NRR), gross churn, expansion ARR, and customer health scoring.
• Analytical Rigor: Strong background in experimentation design, causal inference, and predictive modeling to inform customer-lifecycle strategy.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to translate data into compelling narratives for executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Business Impact: Demonstrated success improving onboarding efficiency, retention rates, or expansion revenue through data-driven initiatives.
