Project Manager I

This position will be assigned to provide day-to-day project management, and plan and facilitate client projects on major infrastructure projects, issue advocacy initiatives, and community level projects. Experience working with the public sector on policy, transportation and community issues is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex transportation initiatives with significant public involvement and compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support strategic communications, public involvement and implementation of transportation projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including NEPA.
• Facilitate public involvement strategies to engage stakeholders effectively and gather community input.
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, governmental agencies, elected officials, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and public stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Public Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, specifically in transportation or related projects.
• Demonstrated understanding of NEPA processes and requirements.
• Superior writing and communication skills and have a strong ability to direct multiple projects.
• Strong skills in public engagement and stakeholder management.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Transportation, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with GIS tools and software.

Manage facility MEP design build and design build projects for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, advanced technology (semi-conductor), food & beverage, and industrial operations

Work with engineers, architects, designers, and other technical professionals in the office and at project sites

Lead project execution and design through the entire project life cycle, from concept to construction to start-up activities

Oversee the preparation of plans, specifications, and contract documents

Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, changes, and risk

Proactively and collaboratively solve design problems

Evaluate project progress and adjust critical path for scope completion and budget adherence

Manage client communications and expectations

Coordinate with local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs); ensure compliance with building codes

Interface with the construction manager and site manager to resolve design coordination and constructability issues; assist with value engineering efforts

Prepare proposals and participate in sales presentations

Make an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and team

A minimum of ten years of relevant project management and engineering experience executing capital projects covering design development and coordination, specifications development, cost estimation, budget management, change control management, plan check and permit acquisition, creation of construction and contract documents, CQV, and construction administration

Experience with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device projects (preferred)

A working knowledge of a broad range of engineering disciplines including civil/site work, structural, architectural, mechanical systems (refrigeration, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, hot water, domestic water, compressed air, plumbing, HVAC), and electrical power distribution

Plant engineering experience (preferred)

Project execution experience of projects within an A/E/C design firm

Experience with facility utility design projects for manufacturing and distribution clients

The ability to execute presentations, manage client relationships, and successfully interact with team members

Solid computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Project

A willingness to travel for project requirements including installation and start-up activities, client and company sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums, and conventions

A Bachelor of Science in mechanical, civil, structural, or architectural engineering

QA Engineer

General Description: Responsible for testing Android applications to ensure quality, performance, and usability. Executes manual and automated tests, identifies defects, and works with developers to resolve issues across devices and OS versions.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly rate on W2 for this position is $55 to $67 with limited benefits.

Job Description:

• 7+ years of proven experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
• 2+ years of experience in testing and validating ETL processes and data workflows, including data integrity, transformation validation, and end-to-end data pipeline testing.
• Strong experience with automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java or C#.
• Hands-on experience in API and web services testing using automation tools such as Apache JMeter and Rest Assured.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites for UI, API, and integration testing.
• Experience executing and managing automated test scripts within CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Bamboo.
• Ability to integrate automated test execution into continuous integration and continuous delivery workflows to support automated validation during builds and deployments.
• Experience analyzing test results, troubleshooting failures, and improving reliability of automated test frameworks.
• Good understanding of test orchestration, and automated test reporting in CI/CD environments.
• Good to have: Experience testing applications deployed in cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services.
• Strong collaboration skills with development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
