The Role:
As a Sales Representative (Restoration) at RESIDE, you will drive new business through outbound outreach, relationship-building, and consultative selling.

Role Description
Administer contracts from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Review and coordinate contract terms with internal teams and vendors, manage amendments, and maintain accurate electronic records using DocuSign or similar tools. Track contract status, performance, and compliance through reporting and documentation management.
This role requires a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional who can communicate effectively across teams and understand company objectives to minimize risk. Working under general guidance, the Contracts Administrator supports contract compliance, maintains required customer documentation and certifications, and reviews purchase orders as needed while collaborating with sales, marketing, product management, customer service, and finance.
Qualifications
- Manage the contract life cycle, ensuring timely approvals, accurate records, and monitoring expirations and renewals.
- Review RFP's, contracts, and purchase orders to ensure terms, conditions, and requirements are understood and addressed.
- Draft sales agreements using company templates and coordinate response to customer contract terms with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, including certifications insurance requests, and vendor forms.
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, meetings, and conference calls, resolving issues, and supporting problem solving.

Position Overview
We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking a Laser Applications Technician to support daily production operations. This role focuses on setting up, operating, and maintaining laser-based equipment to process customer components accurately, safely, and efficiently. The technician will also play a key role in quality verification, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts.
This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with advanced machinery in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate laser processing equipment using established parameters and job specifications
- Load, run, and monitor laser systems to ensure consistent output and quality
- Perform inspections on finished components using appropriate measurement and inspection tools
- Start up, shut down, and monitor equipment during production runs
- Complete routine preventative maintenance tasks and basic system adjustments
- Support laser beam delivery and system calibration activities
- Assist with diagnosing and resolving equipment or process issues
- Train and support production operators as needed
- Accurately complete production documentation and quality records (paper and electronic)

Using an egg donor unrelated to the surrogate carrier eliminates any biological tie. The egg of the surrogate is never used as part of the assisted reproduction process, so that a surrogate is never in the position of delivering her own biological child.
The basic requirements of a woman to serve as a surrogate are:
- Emotionally stable
- Responsible
- In good physical health
- Non-smoker
- Has had at least one successful pregnancy
- Is capable of carrying a child to full term
A woman is not required to fall within a particular age range to serve as a surrogate, but most intended parents prefer a surrogate under the age of 40. For more information on surrogacy please see the documents on the left side of this page.
In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.
Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. The amount of compensation is dependent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, whether the surrogate carries twins, what procedures a surrogate is required to undergo and whether the delivery is vaginally or by cesarean section.

Plans and coordinates the pre-press department workflow in a manner which will consistently meet customer requirements and meet team and corporate profit goals. DUTIES
Oversees daily screen and digital pre-press production art activities including file preparation, color management and proofing to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Schedules and monitors the daily pre-press production art workflow to ensure timely and efficient production.
- Controls and monitors processes; ensures in-process inspections are conducted.
- Works with sales, customer service and production teams to pre-plan orders, determine optimum processing methods, resolve artwork issues and clarify specifications.
- Oversees color management programs for screen and digital printing processes.
- Communicates with internal staff and customers as needed to provide technical assistance.
- Ensures a system for maintaining art files and archives.
Meets with and collaborates with Sales on new design requests.
- Determines scope of project.
- Recommends proper materials for project.
- Reviews nesting and various size elements.
- Assists Estimating with pricing.

- Collaborates with outside creative design personnel.
Management responsibilities.
- Conducts area meetings on a regular basis.

Job Summary:
The Procurement Specialist is responsibility for all commodities & services and will secure long-term total quality, delivery, cost efficiency, and sustainability of material and services throughout project lifecycles.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Responsible for assisting Procurement Manager with supplier relationships, securing targeted levels of cost, quality, delivery, sustainability, and supply continuity.
• Coordinate with receiving department to ensure material ordered is received.
• Works with AP department to ensure timely payment of invoices for products ordered and delivered.
• Assist with development, implement, and manage commodity and supplier strategies that meet internal and external customer demands on a continuous basis.
• Develop, implement, and manage supplier performance and rating based on Key Performance Metrics (KPI) for Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Find, assess, and develop new suppliers as needed in accordance with company direction and in alignment with engineering and project management.
• Conduct detailed demand, spend, cost and market analysis using a structured approach to maintain best overall product cost.
