Oncology Hospitalist needed for a Locum practice in Illinois Coverage dates: 7/1/2022
- Ongoing Schedule: 2 week stretches at a time, 6am-6pm.
On weekends, the hospitalist would be "in house" until noon, but on page until night float takes over, which is 5PM or 6PM.
The availability doesn't necessarily mean "in house" for 12 hours, but at least "on page" for 12 hours.
I would expect they would be "in house" at least 8AM-4PM minimum to staff admissions with the team.
The locum hospitalist will not respond to In-House codes.
No ICU coverage.
Locum would be responsible for supervising residents and medical students.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee outbound operations for your designated section of the terminal dock
- This includes the process of loading, managing forklift traffic, and overseeing proper picking/sortation of palletized freight.
- Manage up to 30 local LTL drivers and dock personnel to achieve a designated production schedule.
- Utilizing your independent judgement to build loads based on available labor and freight levels.
- Ensure proper load of carriers by monitoring the cube and weight of trailers
- Provide leadership and accountability to a team of drivers, dock workers and dock hand.
- Monitor dock production, ensuring facility Key Performance Indicator goals are met and/or exceeded.
- Monitor hours and overtime.
- Maintain a safe work environment compliant with state and federal DOT/OSHA standards.
- Ensure company operational model compliance.
