- Role: Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatrist
- Setting: Inpatient Adult Psychiatry
- Schedule: Weekdays; no call or weekends (optional moonlighting available)
- Focus: Mix of general inpatient and addiction psychiatry
- Leadership: Option to work as Staff Psychiatrist or Unit Chief
- Academic: Faculty opportunities with emerging psychiatry residency programResponsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient psychiatric care
- Manage dual-diagnosis and addiction cases
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and care planning
- Supervise and teach residents (optional)
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiativesQualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Eligible for licensure in the State of Connecticut
