Under the supervision of the Chair, the Attending Physician is responsible for examination and assessment of surgical, medical, and obstetrical patients in pre-,intra-, and post-operative anesthesia cases. The base salary range for this position is 112,300.00-258,300.00. Anticipated contract salary range is 311,628.00-372,768.00.

Valid California Medical License and DEA License
Board Eligible/Certificated in Anesthesia
Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Demonstrated skill and knowledge in performing physical examinations during pre-, intra-, and post-operative surgical, medical and obstetrical patients

LARYNGOLOGY PRIVATE PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY – SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA (2026) 

Beach Cities ENTS is seeking a fellowship-trained laryngologist to assume and expand an established, high-volume laryngology practice beginning in 2026. 

This is a rare, turnkey laryngology opportunity with day-one volume , a mature referral network, and a direct handoff from a departing fellowship-trained laryngologist who has built a full, thriving subspecialty practice within our group. 

THE OPPORTUNITY 

  • Immediate transition into a full laryngology patient census 
  • Established regional referral base from ENTs, PCPs, speech pathologists, and professional voice users 
  • Continuity of care supported by an intentional handoff from the departing laryngologist • Opportunity to own, shape, and expand the laryngology service line long-term 

This position is not a general ENT role with “some laryngology.” 

It is a subspecialty-focused practice embedded within a highly productive, physician-led private group. 

PRACTICE ENVIRONMENT
