This role is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities related to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of food safety and quality management systems throughout our organization.

Responsibilities: 1.

Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and quality management systems in compliance with USDA, BRC, SQF, and HACCP standards.

Coordinate and manage all activities related to third-party audits and certifications.

Qualifications: 1.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a food safety and quality management role within the manufacturing industry.

2.

Proven experience with developing, implementing, and maintaining food safety and quality management systems in compliance with USDA, BRC, SQF, and HACCP standards.

3.

Strong knowledge of food safety and quality regulations, standards, and best practices.

4.

Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with strong skills in training and development.

5.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex food safety and quality issues.

6.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex food safety and quality concepts to all levels of the organization.

7.

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field is preferred.

8.

Certified in HACCP, SQF, and/or BRC is highly desirable.

9.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
