Location: On-site in Bethlehem, PA 18017 | Travel: Up to 40% (primarily domestic with occasional international) What You Will Drive β’ Develop product strategy and market positioning for electronic sensor technologies β’ Identify and develop strategic OEM accounts within mobile equipment and industrial machinery markets β’ Support sales teams during customer visits and technical solution discussions β’ Evaluate customer requirements and RFQs to recommend appropriate sensor technologies β’ Generate technical proposals and assist with pricing strategy development β’ Provide voice-of-customer insights to internal development teams for new product initiatives β’ Collaborate with global electronics teams on product and market strategies β’ Train application engineers, distributors, and field sales teams on sensor technologies β’ Support product marketing initiatives including literature development and trade shows β’ Manage product-related projects including product launches and customer initiatives Experience and Background That Fits Best β’ Experience supporting sales or application of electronic sensors or industrial instrumentation β’ Background working with OEM customers in mobile equipment, off-highway machinery, or industrial automation β’ Ability to evaluate technical requirements and recommend appropriate sensor technologies β’ Experience supporting RFQs, product selection, or technical proposals for engineered components β’ Strong communication and presentation skills when interacting with customers and internal teams β’ Bachelorβs degree in engineering preferred (Electrical Engineering or Computer Science ideal); associate degree plus relevant experience considered β’ Approximately 5+ years of relevant industry experience preferred Additional Profile That Can Fit β’ Strong Application Engineers with sensor or instrumentation experience who want to move into a product management or technical commercial role Interested in hearing more? Manages day to day activities for all SLUHN social media accounts and aligning social media content and strategies to St.
Lukeβs internal/external marketing communications.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Create compelling written content for social media posts, including captions, hashtags, and ad copy, tailored for each platform's audience and tone Write and edit engaging social media content for various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn Collaborate with marketing teams to brainstorm content ideas, campaigns, and initiatives that align with company objectives and target audience Attend events to promote brand on social channels Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, HubSpot) for tracking, posting, and monitoring activities to maintain effective brand engagement and audience interaction Connect with influencers, oversee giveaways, optimize social media accounts and administer follower polls or surveys Produce and edit video content for social media platforms, including short-form videos, reels, stories, and possible live streams, to drive audience engagement and brand awareness Coordinate social media calendars, schedule posts, and maintain an organized content schedule PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS: Sitting for up to 7 hours-per-day, 4 hours at-a-time; standing for up to 7 hours-per-day, 4 hours at-a-time; walking for up to 2 hours-a-day, 1 hour at-a-time.
