This role plays an active part in coordinating driver activity, preparing and dispatching loads, and reviewing and maintaining accurate documentation.

Prepare, manifest, and dispatch outbound loads correctly.
Coordinate driver activity with the dock to ensure timely receiving of inbound loads.
Maintain organized filing system (electronic and paper).
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Support general office and warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications: 2 years of general office experience required 1 year of customer service experience required High School diploma or equivalent required Previous shipping/receiving clerk experience highly preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
